Shipping and Product Info

No EU/UK shipping at this time, sorry!

Please allow up to 3-5 days (excluding weekends) for your order to be shipped out. All shipping rates are flat rates. 

Domestic orders (Singapore) take 2-4 business days to arrive. International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. International tracking is handled by your local post and may be limited– for any delays in shipping, please contact your local post first to ask about your package.

Untracked packages will not be refunded for any loss.

Tracked packages will be refunded once loss is confirmed by the postal service. Contact me with your order number and tracking number if you suspect your package has gone missing.

All returned parcels can be sent again at shipping cost. No exchanges/refunds for damaged items by shipping. Refunds for manufacturing issues (ie. print issues) must be requested within a week of receiving the package. I will provide a refund for any missing items.

All custom tax/import duties are to be handled by the buyer.

I am not responsible for any lost packages due to wrong address/use of fake name etc. OR for packages damaged by shipping.

All products on my shop are fanwork and are not associated with larger companies.
